No. We are not a licenced mobile food service. Cart is for dry hire with your own food only. There are many mobile licenced caterers that can prepare your food for you if you would like this option. Check our recommendations on our serving ideas page
An undercover area is preferred in case of rain as a back up to wheel it in, but in emergency situation we do have a quick slip over cover.
We accept bank transfer or credit card payment (credit card payments will incur an additional fee).
A 50% non refundable booking fee is payable on booking.
Balance of payments are to be received 7days before booking date.
Cancellation will forfeit the booking fee.
If cancelled after the 7 day balance has been paid a refund of balance will be available or a date rescheduled if available or at the discretion of Bits n Bites Cart Hire.
Your booking will be as per agreed times depending on your event.
We require you to have all your food removed from the trays before pick up time. We will do the rest.
No. Our cart requires experienced set up
You can put anything in the cart that is cold in the cold pans and anything cooked to keep hot in the hot pans (you will need access to hot water), have a look at our Services and Selections page in the menu for some great serving ideas
No, this will damage the cart and result in payment required for fixing, please don't use any pins, blue tack or adhesive material on the cart. You can have a flower arrangement on top of the cart but please no water.
The cart size is 1600mm Long, 600mm Deep and 850mm High
This includes additional side shelves on both sides of the cart that is removable if needed they are 200mm long each side.
No there is no power to the cart it can be used anywhere
No, but any damage to the cart by you or your guests must be paid for as per terms and conditions.
